CITSA REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with your order but sometimes problems occur. Please read below to see if your circumstances warrant a refund or an exchange.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase ie Receipt must be provided in order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a faulty product. In the case of an online purchase, the Order Number will be accepted as proof of purchase.
Is the Product faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match its advertised description?
Once proof of purchase has been sighted, and the product fault can clearly be established in store, we will offer an exchange, store credit or refund. We will not offer an exchange, store credit or refund where it can be established the fault occurred through inappropriate use. This will be determined by CITSA staff or the product manufacturer. When the fault cannot be established in store, we will need to consult with the manufacturer to determine the fault and the resolution. If the product does not match its advertised description, CITSA will offer an exchange, store credit or refund.
Change your mind?
CITSA is not obliged to offer an exchange, store credit or refund on products you want to return to us because you have changed your mind. However, we are pretty flexible and will offer store credit on most products within 21 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a change of mind exchange, store credit or refund, items must be returned to us in mint condition ie clothing must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached, shrink wrapped textbooks must still be in the plastic (we may offer a partial refund if the shrink wrapped books, bought in error, have been opened) etc
Examples of Change of Mind are:
- Product can be purchased at a cheaper price elsewhere
- Wrong size was purchased
- Withdrawn from course
- Purchased the wrong book
Items not included in our Change of Mind Policy (for health reasons)
- Hospitality Equipment
- Hairdressing Kits
An authorization number must be issued before any items can be returned. Please contact us on 62073301 or email us at email@example.com and quote your Order Number or receipt number. Postage costs will be covered by CITSA for items classified as faulty. Postage for all other returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
