- Do I need to create an account?
- No but you can if you wish to. An account will make it easier if you purchase on this site in the future
- Do I have to be a CITSA Member to order online?
- No. Anyone can place an order
- I don't have a credit card, can I still purchase from the CITSA Shop?
- Please call the CITSA Bookshop on 02 62073301 or email citsa-shop@cit.edu.au to make alternate arrangements
- Can I order online and collect on campus?
- Yes you can. Collection from CIT campuses is free. Select the campus you would like to collect from during check out.
- Can I have my order delivered to my home?
- Yes. We can send your order via Australia Post Express Post but there is a cost of $15.00. If your order is too big to fit in that size bag we will contact you to discuss other options
- I live outside Australia, can I still purchase from the CITSA Shop?
- Please call the CITSA Bookshop on 02 62073301 or email citsa-shop@cit.edu.au to arrange postage
- When will my order arrive?
- Orders for collection are usually processed and ready for pick up within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday)
- I want to return my items, what is the CITSA Shop Returns Policy?
- Please see our Refund Policy at the top of the Home Page
- How can I find the book I am looking for?
- You can search by Title, ISBN or via the drop down menus for each CIT Centre on the Home Page
- I'm a teacher and would like to submit a text list for my course?
- Please email your list to citsa-shop@cit.edu.au
- I'm a student and need to find out what books I need for my course.
- CITSA Bookshop has access to most CIT Booklists. Visit www.citsa.com.au/cit-student-booklist
- I searched for a text book and can't find it?

- Can I purchase second-hand textbooks from the CITSA Shop?
- Second Hand books are not available on this website. Please visit the CITSA website to check the classifieds listed there. http://www.citsa.com.au/classifieds
